After some consultations with different electoral backgrounds the EC arrived at this interpretation about the voting procedures.
- A number of 64 HIC members have the right to vote in this election
- Members can decide to vote or decide for abstinent
- If the member decides to vote, in any case of elections, voters can select one of the candidates or the blank option.
- The blank option means that the voter is not satisfied with the candidates but wants to fulfill
- his/her democratic responsibility with the Coalition by performing the right to vote.
