After some consultations with different electoral backgrounds the EC arrived at this interpretation about the voting procedures.
  1. A number of 64 HIC members have the right to vote in this election
  2. Members can decide to vote or decide for abstinent
  3. If the member decides to vote, in any case of elections, voters can select one of the candidates or the blank option.
  4. The blank option means that the voter is not satisfied with the candidates but wants to fulfill
  5. his/her democratic responsibility with the Coalition by performing the right to vote.
